Un Quarto Morto hanno iniziato a suonare assieme nel giugno 2006, perchè quando si vive in una cittadina di provincia espugnata dalla noia qualcosa bisogna pur fare. L'idea precisa era di suonare diretti, veloci, sfogarsi: il risultato é stato un hardcore veloce e violento, con testi che vogliono indagare il contesto sociale in cui ci troviamo a vivere. Abbiamo pubblicato i seguenti dischi:

In totale abbiamo fatto un centinaio di concerti, due tour europei ed un tour australiano di 15 date nella fine del 2010; abbiamo avuto l'opportunità di dividere il palco con band come D.O.A., Fucked Up, Celeste, The Catalyst, With Hunt etc. Ci siamo sciolti nel febbraio 2011. Un Quarto Morto started in June 2006, the reason of this being that, when you live in a provincial town overpowered by boredom, you feel you want to do something. The idea was to play fast and in-your-face and let our feelings burst out: the result was a fast and violent hardcore, with lyrics that inquire the social context we're living in. We released the following records:

We totally played about 100 gigs, we toured Europe twice and we did a 15 gigs Australian tour in the end of 2010; we had the opportunity to share the stage with bands like D.O.A., Fucked Up, Celeste, The Catalyst, With Hunt and so on.
